These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the Sexy Stuf Valentine’s Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Rules.

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sexy Stuf, Inc, located at:

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [1-1-2026] at 12:00 AM [EST] and ends on [3-1-2026] at 11:59 PM [EST] (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Survey Entry (Primary Method)

Completing the survey and submitting all required contact information constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

B. Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – Free Entry)

To enter without completing the survey, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [3-1-2026] and received by [3-15-2026] to be eligible.
Each envelope counts as one (1) entry.

C. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
Entries that do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:
A $200 Sexy Stuf Shopping Credit (“Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200.

Prize is:

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• One-time use only

• Subject to Sexy Stuf store terms and conditions

• Must be redeemed by [3-1-2026]

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [3-15-2026].
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the Prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a new random drawing.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree that:

• Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these Rules

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

• Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability arising from participation, acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control.

Survey responses may be used for internal research and experience improvement but are not required to enter.

11. WINNER’S NAME

12. DISPUTES
